Refunds & Returns Policy

At Probiotic.ie, Ireland’s trusted store for gut health supplements, your satisfaction is our priority. We proudly supply cold-chain probiotics like CDS22-formula, and we stand behind the quality of every delivery. If something’s not right, we’ll make it right.

✅ Returns Eligibility – Buy with Confidence

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most unopened products purchased through our website

To qualify:

  • Items must be unopened, sealed, and in resalable condition

  • Product must be returned in the original packaging

  • You must include a valid proof of purchase (e.g. your Probiotic.ie order number)

 

⚠️ Please note:

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Opened or partially used supplement packs

  • Any probiotic sachets not shipped with cold-chain protection

  • Temperature-sensitive products like CDS22-formula once opened

  • Items marked as final sale, promotional giveaways, or gift cards

🔁 Exchanges – For Damaged or Incorrect Items

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.

Please contact us at sales@probiotic.ie within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement via our DPD next-day delivery service.

 

💸 Refunds – Fast & Fair

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

You’ll receive an email confirmation once processed.

⚠️ If your order qualified for free shipping, we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost (€6.95) from your refund, unless the return is due to our error.

🎁 Gift Orders

If your probiotic order was marked as a gift, we’ll issue store credit for eligible returned items.

If the gift was purchased and received by someone else first, the refund will go back to the original buyer.
