How do I contact Probiotic.ie?
Email us. Your email is matched to your order, so we can see what you bought and where your parcel is before we reply.

Where is my order?
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order is dispatched. CDS22-formula and orders over €75 travel with DPD. Other orders travel with An Post.
Parcel late or tracking stopped updating? Email us with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.
How much is delivery?
Two tracked services. The one you get depends on what is in your basket.

When will my order ship?
Order before 1pm on a dispatch day and it leaves Dublin the same day.
CDS22-formula: dispatched Monday to Thursday, delivered Tuesday to Friday

Orders placed on a public holiday go out on the next dispatch day.
Why CDS22-formula never ships on a Friday
CDS22-formula is stored temperature-controlled in Dublin and travels by next-day DPD, so it spends less than a day out of the fridge. A Friday parcel could sit in a depot over the weekend, so we hold it until Monday. The manufacturer's leaflet states the product keeps its quality for up to 7 days at up to 25°C. Put it in the fridge when it arrives.

How much is delivery?
CDS22-formula ships by tracked DPD for €6.95. Other supplements ship by tracked An Post for €5.95. Orders over €75 ship free by DPD.
When will my order be dispatched?
Order before 1pm and it is dispatched from Dublin the same day. CDS22-formula is dispatched Monday to Thursday. Other supplements are dispatched Monday to Friday.
How long does delivery take?
DPD delivers the next working day after dispatch. An Post takes 2 to 3 working days after dispatch. CDS22-formula is delivered Tuesday to Friday.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Customers in England, Scotland and Wales are served by Probiotic.co.uk.
Will I pay customs or import charges?
No. Every order is stocked in and shipped from Dublin, so no customs or import charges apply.
Can I collect my order?
No. We are online only and do not offer collection.

You get 3 boxes of 12 CDS22-formula sachets every 5 weeks for €69.95, with free DPD delivery. The minimum is 2 deliveries. After that you can skip, pause or cancel.
Returns and payment
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products in their original packaging can be returned. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived faulty. Please email us before sending anything back.
My order arrived damaged. What now?
Email us with your order number and a photo of the damage, and we will sort it out.
How can I pay? Do prices include VAT?
Prices include Irish VAT. You can pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay at our secure checkout.
Something is out of stock. Can you tell me when it is back?
Yes. Email us with the product name in the subject line and we will let you know when it is back.
