Why subscribe

- It costs less than buying the 3-pack The 3-pack bought on its own is €73.50 plus €6.95 delivery. On subscription it is €69.95 delivered. That is €10.50 less every five weeks.
- Your price is locked Subscribers keep the price they signed up at. If we ever need to change it, you get at least 14 days notice and can cancel before it applies.
How to access your subscription
No password. You sign in with a code sent to your email.

We send a six-digit code. Type it in and you are signed in.

It is in the menu beside Orders and Profile. Everything below is done from there.

Everything here is self-serve and takes effect straight away.

2+Skip a deliveryAvailable after your second delivery. Got enough in the fridge? Skip the next one. The one after carries on as normal.

✓Reschedule a deliveryGoing away? Move the date. Your 5-week cycle restarts from the new date so deliveries do not bunch up.

✓Order earlyRunning low? Use Place order now. We will ask if you want the schedule to reset from that date.

✓Change your addressUpdate the delivery or billing address. Addresses in Ireland only on this site.

✓Update your cardNew card or expiry date? Change it in your account. No need to wait for an email from us.

Subscription questions

Is there a minimum term?
Yes, 2 deliveries, and your first delivery counts as one of them. After your second delivery you can pause or cancel anytime. The minimum is shown on the product page and at checkout before you pay.
When will I be charged?
Every 5 weeks, on the same day of the week you first subscribed. You get a reminder email 3 days before each charge, so there is time to skip or reschedule if you need to.
When will my delivery arrive?
Orders are dispatched from Dublin by DPD on a tracked service, Monday to Thursday. Renewals that fall on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on the Monday, so your order is never sitting in a depot over the weekend. Please put your sachets in the fridge as soon as they arrive.

Is the price fixed?
Yes. You keep the price you signed up at while your subscription is active or paused. If we ever need to change it, you will get at least 14 days notice by email and can cancel before the new price applies. If you cancel and come back later, you rejoin at whatever the price is then.
Can I use a discount code on my subscription?
No. Your subscription price and free delivery are already your discount and apply to every delivery, not just the first. Discount codes are for one-time purchases.
Can I add other products to a delivery?
Yes. In your account you can add a one-off item to your next delivery. It goes out on the same free delivery and is removed automatically after that order. One-off items are charged at the normal price.
What happens if my payment fails?
We email you straight away. We retry the card 4 times over the following 12 days. If it still fails, the subscription is paused, not cancelled. Update your card in your account and hit Resume and you carry on from where you were.
Can I have a different quantity or a different interval?
There is one plan: 3 packs every 5 weeks. If you need something different, for example 6 packs for two people, use Contact Us and we will set it up for you by hand.
I already subscribe. Does this apply to me?
We are moving existing subscribers onto the new plan. You will get an email from us before anything changes on your subscription.
Do you deliver subscriptions to the UK?
Not from this site. UK customers are served by probiotic.co.uk. Changing your subscription address to a non-Irish address will stop the next delivery going out.
How do I cancel?
Once your second delivery has been charged, sign in, open My subscription, tap Cancel my subscription, pick a reason and confirm. You will get a confirmation email. If you only need a break, Pause keeps your price and free delivery. Cancel does not.
I ordered as a guest. Can I still see my subscription?
Yes. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout and your subscription is linked to the account automatically.
Will I get an email before every delivery?
Yes. A reminder 3 days before the charge, then the normal order confirmation and tracking emails once it is dispatched. We do not send a separate "payment successful" email. The order confirmation is that.
