Changed your mind

You can return unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened or used supplements. This includes CDS22-formula once the box or a sachet has been opened. Gift cards cannot be returned.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email sales@probiotic.ie within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement by tracked DPD. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund you in full. You pay no postage when the problem is ours.

How to return an item

1. Email sales@probiotic.ie first with your order number, so we can confirm the return.
2. Post the item to the returns address below using a tracked service. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong.
3. Put your order number inside the parcel.

Refunds

When your return arrives and has been checked, we will email you and refund your original payment method within 14 days. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

Refunds for gift orders go to the person who paid for the order.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
