How do I track my Probiotic.ie order?

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Orders shipped with DPD can be tracked at dpd.ie. Orders shipped with An Post can be tracked at anpost.com. Your tracking number is sent automatically when your order is dispatched from our Dublin fulfilment centre.

Which courier will deliver my order?

Orders containing CDS22-formula and all orders over €75 ship via DPD Priority Delivery. Other products may ship via An Post Standard Delivery if selected at checkout. DPD is the recommended option for fastest delivery.

Will I pay customs charges or import fees on my Probiotic.ie order?

No. Probiotic.ie ships all orders from Dublin, Ireland — within the European Union. Irish Revenue has confirmed that customs duty does not apply to goods purchased from EU-based retailers. From 1 July 2026, a new €3 per item customs duty applies to parcels entering Ireland from outside the EU, but this does not affect Probiotic.ie orders. The price you see at checkout is the final price — no surprise charges on delivery.

Does the new EU customs duty from July 2026 affect Probiotic.ie orders?

No. The new €3 per item customs duty introduced from 1 July 2026 applies only to parcels shipped from outside the EU — such as orders from iHerb (USA), UK supplement websites, or other non-EU retailers. Probiotic.ie dispatches all orders from Dublin within the EU. No customs duty applies.

What are the delivery costs for Probiotic.ie orders?

DPD Priority Tracked Delivery costs €6.95. An Post Standard Delivery (2–3 working days) costs €5.95 and is available for non-CDS products only. Free DPD Priority Delivery is available on all orders over €75, applied automatically at checkout.

Probiotic.ie delivers to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Customers in England, Scotland and Wales are served by Probiotic.co.uk. Probiotic.ie does not ship outside Ireland.
