How quickly do you deliver within Ireland?
Order before 1pm on a dispatch day and it leaves Dublin the same day. CDS22-formula and orders over €75 go by tracked DPD and are usually delivered the next working day. Other orders go by tracked An Post and usually take 2 to 3 working days. Full delivery information.
Which days do you dispatch?
CDS22-formula is dispatched Monday to Thursday and delivered Tuesday to Friday, so it never sits in a depot over the weekend. Other supplements are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on public holidays go out on the next dispatch day.
How much is delivery?
CDS22-formula ships by tracked DPD for €6.95. Other supplements ship by tracked An Post for €5.95. Orders over €75 and all Subscribe & Save orders ship free by DPD.
Do you deliver to Northern Ireland?
Yes. We deliver across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Customers in England, Scotland and Wales are served by our sister store, Probiotic.co.uk. We do not ship outside Ireland.
How is CDS22-formula stored and delivered?
CDS22-formula is stored refrigerated at 2 to 8°C in Dublin until it is packed, then travels by next-day DPD, so it spends less than a day out of the fridge. The manufacturer's leaflet states it keeps its quality for up to 7 days at up to 25°C. Put it in the fridge when it arrives.
Can I track my order?
Yes. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If your parcel is late or tracking stops updating, email us with your order number and we will chase the courier.
Will I pay customs charges?
No. Every order is stocked in and shipped from Dublin, so no customs or import charges apply to deliveries in the Republic of Ireland. Prices include Irish VAT.
Can I return a product?
Unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email us first with your order number. Return postage is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged, faulty or wrong. Read our refund policy.
Are your products suitable for people with dietary requirements?
