How to take
Mix one sachet into a cool, non-fizzy drink or yoghurt and take it straight away. Do not use hot liquids, as heat affects live bacteria. The pack directions are 1 to 2 sachets daily for adults and children aged 7 and over, and up to half a sachet daily for children aged 3 to 6. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep refrigerated. For a young child, check with your GP or public health nurse first.
