Manage Your Subscription

We use SEAL Subscriptions to manage recurring orders on Probiotic.ie. This allows you to stay in full control of your subscription at any time.

Using the subscription portal, you can:

• Pause or resume your subscription

• Skip an upcoming delivery

• Change delivery frequency

• Update your shipping address

• Update payment details

• Cancel or restart your subscription

How to access your subscription

Option 1: Magic link (no login required)

When you place a subscription order, you receive an email containing a secure link to manage your subscription. This link takes you directly to your subscription portal and does not require you to log in. If the link expires, a new one can be requested.

Option 2: Customer account login

If you have created an account on Probiotic.ie, you can manage your subscriptions by logging in and visiting the subscription management page here:
