Which forms of B12 and B6 does it use?
Vitamin B12 is methylcobalamin at 250 ยตg per serving. Vitamin B6 is a combination of pyridoxine HCl and pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) totalling 25 mg per serving. Folate is supplied as folic acid at 400 ยตg. The full B-complex is present: B1, B2, niacin, B5, B6, biotin, folate and B12, each above 15% NRV.
Does it contain iron, calcium or magnesium?
ADAM is iron-free. It contains calcium at 50 mg (6% NRV) and magnesium at 25 mg (7% NRV), which are small amounts. It is not designed to be your calcium or magnesium source. If you need those minerals, take them separately.
