Will I pay anything when my order arrives?
No. Every order ships from Dublin, so there is no customs duty, no import VAT and no handling fee. Irish VAT is already in the price on the product page.
What changes on 1 November 2026?
A new €2 EU handling fee per item starts on orders shipped to Ireland from outside the EU. It is added to the €3 customs duty per item that began in July. Neither applies to us, because our stock is already in Ireland.
How fast will I get it?
We dispatch the same day, Monday to Friday, and most orders arrive the next working day. Delivery is tracked.
How much is delivery?
€5.95 for next-day delivery anywhere in Ireland. Free on orders over €75.
Are these the same products I get from iHerb?
They are the same brands: NOW Foods, Swanson, Healthy Origins, Doctor's Best and more. Every bottle is the manufacturer's original, sealed product.
Is it more expensive than ordering from the US?
Sometimes our shelf price is higher and sometimes it is lower, so compare the final total at checkout. What you get from us is a fixed price with nothing added later, delivery the next working day, and no reliance on a retailer's discount to cover import charges. Multi-buy offers bring the price per bottle down further.
What if you don't stock what I usually buy?
Search the shop first, as we carry over 180 products. If it isn't there, tell us what you're after. We add new lines regularly.
What if I need to return something?
You return it to an Irish address under Irish and EU consumer law. Nothing goes back overseas and there is no duty to lose. See delivery and returns.
